Qualification:

  • Minimum 3 year experience in real estate investment/development/Property management/asset management/real estate consultancy in particular in income producing assets (e.g. office buildings, logistics spaces, hotels)
  • Bachelor or master degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Architecture
  • Knowledgable in valuation methods and Background in financial analysis and understand discounted cash flow model
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Good command of English

Responsibilities:

  • Deal Soutcing, sites inspection
  • Produce feasibility study, analysis and recommendation to management team on acquisitions and dispositions of properties
  • Review budget for properties under management
  • Co-ordinate with Trustee
  • Report to Head of Real Estate Investment

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR business partner with at least 2 years in management level.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership with effective communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an HR business partner for business unit and proactively supports the delivery HR Process to the business unit.
  • Define and implement organizational development, organizational transformation for business unit.
  • Manage the execution of human resources management and development to ensure alignment with the corporate HR strategy.
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally such as HR Roadmap, Employee Engagement and Culture driven.
  • Builds a strong relationship with the business unit.
  • Provide expertise in areas of organization development, knowledge management, performance management, learning & development, and talent management.

Qualification:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or any other related fields
  • At least 5 years working experience as a Corporate Secretary from Listed company
  • Confident to provide support to people in high level to board members
  • Required a strong knowledge in corporate governance principles and best practices
  • Good command of English both in spoken and written
  • Good interpersonal communication, well-organized and multi-task skill
  • Good Computer literacy (able to use Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist for the Company Secretary's and BOD' secretary function, such as, organizing BOD's meeting and EXCOM meeting.
  • To Prepare the minutes of BOD's and ExCom’s meeting and gather agendasfrom all departments to propose to the meeting
  • To manage all corporate and legal document of entities relating to the operation of the company, such as agreements/ contracts, certificates, licenses, etc.
  • To ensure decisions made are communicated to the relevant parties such as shareholders, directors, employees and others
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
  • At least 10 years working experiences in draft and review commercial and legal contracts
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both writing and speaking
  • Strong in communication skills, self-motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to understand business model and internal compliance
  • Good in organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review a wide range of domestic and international business’s agreements and collaborate with business units to ensure those agreements are consistent with each business objective.
  • Provide counsel and work directly with the business units for negotiation and execution of any contractual document with external counter party
  • Ensure that contractual arrangements is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and will be enforceable as intended.
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Responsibilities:

  • ขับรถบริการให้ผู้บริหารชาวไทย
  • ดูเเลความเรียบร้อยและความสะอาดของรถยนต์
  • จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบสภาพรถยนต์ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
  • อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualification:

  • Plan, design and implement an internal audit plan and annual compliance process of the company.
  • Prepare the audit program and review the adequacy and the efficiency of the company’s internal control.
  • Ensure that internal control procedures are adequate, effective and are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide recommendations for the control of weaknesses and improvement opportunities indentified during the audit.
  • Follow up and prepare internal audit report after performing audit topic to the management
  • Driving implementation of internal control system for the company.
  • Ensure that business operations are undertaken in accordance with rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and other supervisory authorities.
  • Monitoring compliance with a review of operations.
  • Perform other or ad-hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform accounting functions including month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, to ensure that all transactions are maintained timely and accurately.
  • To review all accounting activities including AP, AR, Payment, etc.
  • To review petty cash and reimbursement.
  • To prepare and review Vat report, withholding tax and cooperate with Revenue Department
  • To coordinate with trustee and external auditor, preparation of details supporting and working paper for trustee and external auditor.
  • To prepare statutorily financial statement and work closely with auditors

Qualification:

  • Male/Female, Thai nationality age 27-35 years
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, CPA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years experiences in Accounting field, including more than 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Knowledge in accounting standards
  • English Ability: Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, CD ORGANIZE, Express, Internet, etc.
  • Flexible, responsible and dedicated in order to complete the job on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and development software/application including update technology

  • Coordinate and provide information to related persons inside and outside the organization

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
